ALL color reservations require a $50 non refundable deposit in order to secure. We understand busy schedules and different circumstances can not be avoided so we are happy to cancel your reservation with 36 hours notice. Reservation Deposit’s can be applied towards your service(s) at checkout or rolled over towards your next reservation. 

+ I want to make a reservation - where do i start?

It is our goal to provide you with quality attention and consideration while we tend to your beauty goals. Likewise, our time is important to all guests who reserve it in order to have our focused attention. For this reason, any guest arrival more than fifteen minutes beyond the reserved time may be rescheduled by Bespoke, as necessary and subject to the cancellation charge. We understand that life happens, and will address any and all situations reasonably to safeguard overall satisfaction.

+ what if I'm running late?

We value our time with you more than anything and appreciate your respect for our artists’ time, too! Shall a schedule or service adjustment need to be made, 36 hours is required to make the deposit transferable. Cancellations less than 36 hours notice or failure to arrive without notification will forfeit the deposit and another deposit will be required at the time of rescheduling. 

+ I want to make an adjustment/cancel/reschedule? 

In the event you wish you change the service(s) you reserved (cut/color to just a cut), 36 hours must be given or the Full Service you were initially booked for will be charged. 

+ "I dont need my highlight today, I'll just do a cut"

Repeat cancellations may be required to pay the rescheduled service(s) upfront or result in declination of continued services from Bespoke Hair Company. Your time is precious, so is ours — so let’s help each other make the most of it!

+ repetitive "no shows" 

[Bespoke Hair Company makes every effort to confirm reservations when they near. As a courtesy, confirmation messages are sent 48+ hours in advance by both SMS and email to the contact information given at time of booking. Failing to respond to these messages or not confirming your reservation does not count as cancelling your appointment. If a cancellation is made any later the space most often times cannot be filled, and another guest misses out! It is VERY important that we have current contact information in our system. All of your notifications are completely customizable to your preference, so please let us know if you wish to adjust when and how your reservation reminders are delivered!]

+ can you remind me of my reservation? 

Customer satisfaction is our first and lasting priority. We stand by our take-home products and use them ourselves to achieve the same great and lasting results you experience every time you visit Bespoke. It is our pleasure to educate, provide recommendations, and help you attain your goals. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchased products, they can be returned or exchanged as necessary. Subject to consumption, condition and use. This does NOT apply to brushes, flat-irons, and all other beauty products which touch the hair or body, those sales are final unless outright defective. Defective accessories will be replaced.

+ i just DON'T "love" my products

Due to the time and materials that go into your custom service, Bespoke Hair Company does not offer refunds. Hair color transitions often require multiple visits and stages before the transformation is fully realized. Dissatisfaction will be addressed on a case by case basis however, we are more than happy to make adjustments to technical errors. Examples of errors are: Bleed marks, Toner spots, Uneven cut. If you feel that there was a technical error with your service, please reach out within 72 hours of your reservation and we will happily get you in to make the needed adjustments. No remedial action or intervention will be provided by Bespoke Hair Company after 72 hours. Adjustments must be met and fulfilled no more than 7 days of original appointment unless the additional or remedial service is scheduled at regular cost to the guest. 


+ Can I get a refund? 

Little babes? We LOVE them! However, children are only to be in the salon for the duration of their own reservation - separate from yours. It is necessary for safety concerns and the comfort of other guests. Failure to comply will result in the forfeiture of deposit and another will be required at the time of rescheduling. 



+ Can I bring my Little babe? 

All sales on makeup and/or cosmetic services are final. Including the sales on Permanent/semi-permanent cosmetic services (Microblading) as well as Professional Hair Extensions . Those sales are final and also non refundable.
